Secure Remote IT Support
When something breaks, you don’t need instructions — you need someone to take the wheel. Remote Assist lets me connect to your desktop securely using my own self-hosted RustDesk server. One-time code. Full transparency. You stay in control the entire time.
How Remote Assist Works
Remote Assist uses RustDesk, an open-source alternative to TeamViewer and AnyDesk. Your traffic goes through my private ArkCloudHQ relay server — not some random third-party cloud.
You’ll see everything I do on your screen, and you can end the session at any time by closing RustDesk. No permanent access, no background agents, no hidden surprises.
Step-by-step
- Download and open RustDesk using the links on the right.
- Make sure RustDesk shows it is connected to the server.
- On our call, I’ll ask you to read your Your ID and Password.
- I enter that into my console and request access to your screen.
- You’ll see a prompt to allow the connection — click Accept.
- When we’re done, close RustDesk and the session is over.
